OUR CONCEPT 

  • In every district, a Community MediBank shall be established to facilitate local needy population with MediBank Schemes bringing all three sectors i.e. Civil Service, Civil Society and Corporate Sector together, working in harmony for the welfare of people. The Head of District Community Bank shall be the official appointed Deputy Commissioner to guide and work in his private capacity under the umbrella of MediBank.
  • The Core Team will raise funds and manage administratively all MediBank Schemes and Hospital Centres with a team of locals.
  • All appointments of Core Team and members shall be endorsed by MediBank Head office only.

OUR PROCEDURE

The initial support would be provided from the MediBank Headquarter. However, the admin & logistic support will be provided by the District Governments and sustainable resources would be provided by local Businessmen, Philanthropists and Trade Bodies.

        District MediBanks shall be comprised of the following:-
  1. District Coordination Officer/Deputy Commissioner/Chief District Patron of MediBank. Chairperson
  2. Representative of MediBank Trust. Member/Secretary
  3. Project Head (Core Team) – R/o Water Plants for Hospital Patients. Member
  4. Project Head (Core Team) – Free Drugs for general patients in OPD of Hospitals, Telemed Pharmacies and Mobile Clinics. Members
  5. Project Head (Core Team) – Free Anthelmintic medicines for deworming. Member
  6. Project Head (Core Team) – Free Psychotropic drugs for mental patients. Member
  7. Project Head (Core Team) – Free Drugs for Disaster Rapid Response DR2. Member
  8. Project Head (Core Team) – Palliative Care Centres. Members
  9. Project Head (Core Team) – Medibility Division for persons with Disability (PWD). Member
